If you are arriving outside of reception hours, please contact reception during these hours on 1800 65 85 65 to notify of your ETA and obtain the after hours check-in process. Your mobile number is essential for all bookings, so that we can arrange to forward to you a copy of our after hours check in procedure.

We will do everything to ensure this is a quick and speedy process, but in the event a guest fails to provide their mobile number, or in the unlikely event fail to get through to after hours management, we will not be held liable.
